WHO'S BEEN TO ZANZIBAR?

A hot meal costs between 2 and 10 USD, depending on place and dish. Accomodation in all categories, ranging from backpacker standard at USD 20 for a double to luxuary hotels at several hundred dolllars a room. A beer (half litre) is between 1 and 2 USD and a bottle of wine 10 - 15 USD at restaurant. You probably know that Matemwe at the east coast is known to be the best spot for diving. Trond --- I have travelled a lot in Tanzania and especially in Zanzibar and would be glad to give advice to other Globo members.
