My boyfriend lives in Central Asia, and he wants to come to study in the UK, and be with me of course, but he's applied for a tourist visa and got refused, and I think he'll get refused again if he applies for a student visa. Are there any other ways he could get here to the UK? A tourist visa is not usually rejected if the pre-required conditions are set, applies to all countries in the world, once that is rejected the next application is harder.
