Hot air balloon flight in Australia

Now I'm taking my girlfriend and some friends to Australia, and I'm looking for a place and some contacts to do a balloon flight. Our route is Sydney - Melbourne - Adelaide and Tasmania. Does anyone know of places where we can book a balloon flight somewhere on our route? Thanks Alain --- We don`t regret the things we did, but the ones we didn`t do.
