I am not sure whether if this is the correct spelling...It is in Indonesia, i am sure. Promise a babe, that I will go with her.. but now i am getting cold feet, cos' they r so much unrest in Indonesia. I hope to get some reply soon. Thanks a lot, travellers out there. Bintang is the name of Indonesia's Best Selling Beer! It is also a small town in Sumatra. Bintan on the other hand is a small Indonesian island near to Singapore and accesible easily from the Passenger Boat Harbour in Singapore. Scenically, Bintan is quite boring. It did seem to cater for a Singaporean adult, male orientated clientele, who could amongst other things enjoy "gambling" and "karioke". I think Bintan is quite safe, like Bali it is free from unrest. Of course, Bali is more happening than Bintan, cos' it so so commercialized & established, destination spot. Have u been to Bintan? I went there once after posting in globosapiens.. not a bad place.
