For some time we have been looking at the possibility of going to a "paradise" and we have been looking at options like the Maldives and the Seychelles. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience to share with us when it comes to the Maldives. We have been looking at a place called Sun Island located at the South Ari Atoll. Are there any atolls that are "better" than others? Is begining of April a good time to go there? I understand the concept that there is not that much to do there but water activities but I would love to snorkle. Is it possible to snorkle right of the beach? Or do you have to take boat trips further away?
