I think it depends on where you intend to go. A few of the places i visited to the west seem to be unstable with continuing Maoist - army activity. Even at strike time there is no problem for tourist transportations and other services. If anybody want to visit Nepal they can confidently visit any where and enjoy as much as with its naturals.
