Turkmenistan visa - how to obtain?

Any suggesions? Rules, fees, special requirements? There is no embassy in my country... I'll appreciate your help. The fee for the visa is between EUR 50 - 100. Where to get the letter? - I will call a friend next week during office hours and send you another message! When and how long are you planning to go? Have you been to Kyrgystan yet? Ever planned? I plan to fly to Almaty and then pass through Kyrgistan (I do not nee a visa), Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan - ship to Baku... Do you know about Turkmenistan transit visas? 7 days will be enough for me... Sorry, the right person is not available at the moment to ask about the recommentation letter for Turkmenistan. Did you hear from Zershat? - I worked with her together in Air Kazakstan... but I lost a bit the contact to her...
