Coffs Harbour with a population of approximately 70-80,000 is also a very popular holiday destination for overseas visitors as well as other Aussies seeking a warmer climate throughout winter. The winters are really mild and some people (myself included) often swim all year. The fishing is good and on the whole the locals are water sport participators. Coffs Harbour people are very sport oriented and have clubs for just about anything you can think of.
The scenery is spectacular and Coffs offers tours around many of the local sights. They offer a range of accommodation options from backpackers and campsites to high class resorts and everything in between. Something for everyone here. All ages and tastes are catered for.
Clubs, Pubs and Hotels provide entertainment as does a 5 theatre complex for the latest release movies and a local theatre for a range of stage productions.
