Hotel Belle Vue
This is a good hotel, actually not exactly on the Ave N'Krumah, but on the corner of it with the main entrance on the other street. The view in the names does not relate to the view from rooms, but from the rooftop terrace. The hotel has got a nice African ambiance and 'Nigerian' furnishing - colourful sofas and big sturdy armchairs in the large lobby downstairs. It is near the market and a walking distance to the airport (2km or so - I walked with my luggage and it didn't feel that far).

Restaurant de Chine
There are no words to describe how splendid this place is. Its decor is Chinese and the menu has no end it is that long. I went there with my guide from Mali and we ordered a starter to share and three main courses, so he could try things. The portions were so large that we could not eat the other two main courses (well, we started on one). We asked for a doggy bag and gave the food to poor child in the street (there are many of those wandering around in the streets with their plates). As soon as he got the food, he immediately dropped down sitting in the middle of the pavement and started eating! That was a sight! I have never seen a happier kid!
