Kutna Hora travel tips

All Saints' church (ossuary)
Just 2 km from Kutna Hora, in Sedlec, there is a bone chapel decorated with human bones (of about 40 000 people). It's worth seeing unless you are disgusted by the idea of using bones for such a purpose. There is a similar chapel in Poland, Czermna. After contemplating death in the chapel go for a walk along medieval streets of Kutna Hora which is on UNESCO list. There are two churches worth your visit, one of them looks a bit like a big brontosaur (St Barbara's church). Enjoy your visit in Czech republic. When you need a good meal, try fried cheese (smazeny ser) and good (and cheap) Czech beer. more
