We travelled from Mumbai to Kovalam, mainly along the coast, went to Ooty and Trisshur and to more places in Kerala. I wrote reports about: Kochi, Kovalam and Varkala. We liked Kerala very much. Also went to Alleppey. The backwaters are exactly like polders and dykes in the Netherlands. The only difference is that there are no palm trees in Holland.

Did you go there? I saw in your profile that you live in Calicut, that's quite near. We were in Calicut but didn't stay long as we travelled on to Ooty, where it was very cold.
