The company where the servers are located "1und1" or "1and1" had a general problem, which affected more computers than the ones GLOBO is on. The GLOBOsapiens Server itself was running in the meantime (now since 127 days without downtime). I believe it had something to do with their network availability. They should be best in class with an availability of over 99%. So I guess this is covered in the 1 % group.
