IM: A more "centered" view

This way the site becomes more "air". Increasing screen resolutions made it look a bit small inside the left corners. The layout has been tested on various computers with different browsers. One small flaw has been found in IE, if you maximize the browser window. In that case the content is shifted one pixel to the right. No idea why, I believe this is a bug in IE. Nothing serious, so the version goes live now. Let me please know if experience difficulties within your settings. Please refresh with F5 before in case you have old code inside your browser history.
