12 days, 7 cities and lots of miles in between. Our small car family, My daughter Lila (21) and myself, with our excellent driver, Mr. Sham, hit the road for a total of 34 hours. We expected to be thrilled with the Taj Mahal and the Golden Fortress. We ended up being more thrilled by the daily sites we saw in the places between destinations! Whether it was a stunning Temple, a village fort, a herd of road side camels or the Indian version of a double decker bus, every moment held us spell bound! Our (car) window on the world was amazing!
