On my articles page, the map shows that I have visited Alberta when in fact I live here (shouldn't it be blue -- not green), and it doesn't show that I've visited Japan, even though I have written a travel article for Yokohama. Any ideas why?

Hello bootlegga,

thank your for your error report. Alberta is green because you have published articles on the province. You are right blue should be priority here. I will add it to the to do list. As for Japan, I can see a small dot in the very north tip of your japan map. Is it possible that Yokohama is situated here and the province is just to small. Another Article on a different town in Japan might bring more clearness :-) I will have a deeper look on it once I find the time in the next days.

Best regards,

Andy

Andreas,

Now Alberta is blue, but there is no colour in Japan at all. Both Yokohama and Chikura are in central Japan, and there is nothing at all noted on the map.

I just finished a report on Las Vegas, and it lit up in green no problem, so it looks like our glitch is still there. Just thought you might want to know about it.

As a further bit of info about the Reports page, I;ve checked out several other members who have written articles on Japan, and they do not have Japan highlighted either. It may be possible this is an issue for everyone, not just me.

I like the map part of GLOBOsapapiens and also that some bigger countries are split into regions, Brazil should be. Is it possible to make a visited country (say) pale green when reported on and the region itself bright green (and maybe a dot for pictures?) Also a zoom feature? I know this must be pretty difficult to achieve... just an idea!
