Error Reporting group posting on GLOBOsapiens

Greeting a new member

I get hte pop-up page but when I click to get to her/his site, I just get 'error on page'. I have not encoutered this problem with previous greetings. No rush - not urgent. I suspect the new member may not have signed off for the first time. I didn't know that was important. How do you learn that sort of thing? There seems to be so much I don't know.
