Hello,

I got this message while uploading a report (the one from Janeiro de Cima, Portugal):

ERROR! Report id has been lost.

Please report this to the globo team!

I still can see the report online, the only strange thing is that I 've tried several times to change a picture, when the report is on edit mode the correct picture apears, but then in the normal mode (the one everyone sees) appears the old and wrong picture.

Carla

the picture is nor correct is the one under the section 'Restaurants'. But when I click to see it bigger, it appears the correct one!

I tried to delete the picture under this section nd then everything was fine (without picture). Then I upload the correct one, but still apeared

the wrong one!

Can you help me?

Hi Carla,

I don't know if this is for every member but is is for many websites: (staff really must do a lot research and improvements one day) also every different internet platform might react differently:

Generally, after about 2-3 hours after logon one is automatically "timed-out" and data is lost ! This makes sure that no "spy" connections exist and protects the user.

Writing reports off-line and preparing photos in advance means less expenses and changes (Well, I find ...)
