trouble writing the reports

I write the whole report according to each section. when I push enter, the system tells me to limit the title to 40 characters (although it says 10-50 characters aloud) I type in Ksar Ghilane which is only 12 characters and it won't accept it. After a couple of tries it will. Then, it tells me to limit the introduction.. what happens is that whatever I write into "favorite spots" gets pushed in general description and introduction. I want to write a report tomorrow and will check for problems, see others are uploading reports today. However, I write "off-line" first in my own customised MS-Word mask that I made showing me word limits etc, prepare pics and all in advance before uploading. This was a hot tip and long discussion from Marianne and others in the forum recently but I cannt find it now quickly because the forum (not the gallery) has much trash to be stumbled over, lot could be deleted, please look and you will find the solution.
