Hotel Flora in Lucerne

However, I am reading on the Internet with recommendations are varying dramatically between negative to positive. I am looking for a clean and decent accomodation for 3 nights starting 20th Apr in Lucerne; with my wife and 4 year daughter. Any suggestions or remarks? What I can tell you is that it's perfectly situated near to the train and boat station also close to the old town and the sights... I don't know what kind of hotel you would like, to me it sounds rather expensive I would try to get into something smaller cosyer like a two or perhaps three star hotel... I just had a quick look at the www.luzern.org website and found these two hotels which seem quite good and reasonably priced. www.goldener-stern.ch www.hotelalpha.ch Anyway it really depends on what standards you like but I would try to save on hotel rates because you basically just sleep in the room and spend your days and nights on the streets.... Seems like a good deal when I look at the prices from other sites.
