MUST DO'S in Amsterdam

Really wanted to see the 'Scream' in the modern art museum more than anything... walked all the way there only to find that it's closed for refurbishment! I was unbelievably gutted, it's been one of my favourite pictures since i was 14 and ive always wanted to see it! --- Would you risk it, for a biscuit? I did -- very unexpectedly last year when I was in Vienna. There was a most excellent traveling exhibit of Edvard Munch work at one of the museums there... it was profound -- the whole body of his work is so psychological!
