moin dipak,
i tried to find some sites for foreign students but their all in german language and seperated to citys. there are a lot of different universitys in each city, technical, medical etc. in the last years a lot of private universitys are established but their expensive. maybe you can contact the german embassy to get information about the rules and rights to enter germany.
living in germany is expensive and we have a big problem with unemployment. but a number of foreign students are still here so there must be a way for you too. i wish you all the best and good luck for this adventure.

well i fully agree with Thor, and germany is not that much favourite for the IT sector,i am still not clear ,why you want to go to Germany ,Isnt there good IT institutes in Nepal?????
because going out from your own country means huge money .
I'm from australia and am currently living in Germany on a working-holiday visa. These are relatively new so it may be wise to look at the german embassy website for your country. I'm not sure if you were plannign to study whist in Germany? But as for employment goes.. it is not so easy to get something. That said, however, I walked into a job the first week I was here. It only a part time thing in an Irish pub, but it pays the bills.
Good luck, right me if you havea ny more questions and I will be happy to try and answer them!
