I'm looking for a great spot for rock climbing that doesn't involve the alps and chamonix. The easier to get to from the uk the better and somewhere i could fit into a long weekend. My boyfriend is amazing but i need something a little easier and a good place for romance so i can drag him away kicking and screaming from the rock face and spend quality time with him. Any suggestions? or if you've seen stuff in passing and know nothing about climbing let me know and i'll do the research. thanks x

We're living at the South-west-coast of the sunny island Sardinia: (Italy). You can take the low cost flight with www.volareweb.com from London LT to Cagliari.

It's a famous climbing area: at Domusnovas, Iglesias and Masua.

We rent nice self-catering apartements from 2-14 persons: from 30 € daily for one apartem.

Take a look at our homepage: http://www.sardinienurlaub.org

Mallorca. Maybe not an obvious place, but the climbing starts early, the rock is hot and dry, and its easy to get to

Hello,

I'm not a rock-climber, but I saw people climbing the rock in Cefalu', Sicily.

It looked pretty challenging, and besides, Cefalu' is a fun and beautiful place.
