Albepierre is a small village south of Murat in the Cantal department of the Auvergne, France on the way uo to the Puy de Cantal, the highest though possibly not the most scenic high point in this mountainous province.
Small as it is, it has a great little campsite [see travel tip] and there are several places in the village to eat.
It's also an excellent centre for trips all over Cantal. [edit text][editors]
