Is that a cultural costume? or a fashion show? From what I read and heard from others, Dubai is a shopping festival. Nice shot! Thanks for sharing.

this is Dubai annual shopping festival, all over the world tourist come here for shopping festival, and this is the show, launched on opening day of festival, the most important and amazing thing is that these shows are not launching in some reserved place, but it always launching on main roads and streets, and continue all days of festival, a lot entertainment and enjoy, different culture people of different countries sharing their culture among others,,
