Hello all,

I have been looking for train times online, and to date I found that the website of the Polish State Railways (available in four languages, including English) provides remarkably reliable timetables of most European railways. Just insert point of origin anywhere in Europe and point of destination anywhere in Europe and there you go - the system shows the routes and the timetable, types of the train, etc. I tried many connections - international and domestic in many countries, incl. Spain, Portugal, France and they were always correct!

Best regards. Happy travelling!

There is another website: www.bahn.de/international/view/en/index.shtml

That is in NINE languages! Not user friendly though :-(, silly errors in colour RED appear, something like "Please insert the age of the traveller..." but then, that is to display specials.... Also, not all fares are shown :-(

I tried, it works well showing various connections in Europe

Warsaw > Lisbon 32 to 42 hours.

London > Budapest: 22 hours

Does anyone have similar websites for America and Asia?

I couldn't find a way of getting English on the website you mention but I did find the various languages on http://rozklad.pkp.pl/bin/query.exe/en.

Cheers and many thanks
