a few hours ago GLOBOsapiens went down during regular operation. Myself and another person have been alerted via mobile phone SMS, 10 minutes later by our alarm system. I am sorry that fixing it took so long. In fact GLOBOsapiens was down since 4:46pm until now (2:03 am). We have been faced with a serious hardware problem. The file system has crashed and it took so long, as filesystem checks and repairs have been done. In the end we had to replace the hard drive and pull the backups from our backup servers. We have been able to recover every single data, so nothing at all has been lost!! We run daily backups and the last few hours between yesterdays backup and the hard drive crash have been retrieved manually (you do not want to know how, believe me!!!). All systems now run perfectly again. I am sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused to you.
