This oerson is listed as a MALE, the photo is of a female. Perhaps I have been teaching Science incorrectly all of these years. It definitely is inappropriate. If you noticed, the new member in question is, himself, underaged. He seems to be a misguided adolescent trying to have fun. For myself, I do not mind the picture, in the proper setting.
