If you look at his 'about me' page, you will see he owns the hotel that he praises so highly. If it's possible to remove the report, that would be good. Otherwise can we please see a lot of 1* gradings so that he wn't be in doubt in future and so that others are discouraged. I will report this to staff and get them to send him an email to either fix or delete himself. Incidently, we do not open new threads in the Forums for every new case, the Forum gets to coatic. I read the report and rated it prior to reading his background. Otherwise, I would have made an appropriate rating such as you did. We seem to be in agreement on this.
