Travel guide to Phaltan
it's a historic place alright! today it's just another town.
but you can't beat the weather, even in summer,when afternoons touch +40 you can be sure of pleasent evenings.
vegetables, fruits are tasty. red meat is superb!
10 kms. away you can visit Vathar, a place full of ruins. Phaltan palace is also nothing much to write home about.
winter would be ideal time to visit. two days is what you'll need to see everything. hotels are good and CLEAN! [edit text]  [editors]
