The amazing views you see, as you over the densely populated Tel Aviv the early morning is wonderful mono tones. When the sun starts to rise the rooftops begin to sparkle. As you get in closer you notice that along with the washing lines are solar cells. The city is built sand dunes and what they have plenty of is sunshine.
