As the saying goes, "All roads lead to Rome" and what better way to begin a trip to Italy by starting off in the capital, Rome!

Head to the most stupendous monument of ancient Rome — The Colosseum — which once used to seat 50,000 spectators. Built in 72AD, it was the chief circus of the Roman Empire, the scene of gladiatorial battles and other cruel glories of the capital.

Next, for a picturesque shot, make a stop at the Fountain of Trevi. This popular spot attracts more tourist coins than any other fountains in Rome, due to the clever belief that if you plan to return to Rome some day, throw a coin into the fountain.
