El Torito
Mexican restaurants are few and far between in Japan. Fortunately, there is El Torito. In most big cities, it offers generous helpings of Mexican fare at very good prices. There are not many places in Tokyo where you can eat for less than $10 US at lunch and actually be full! The location in Yokohama is great because it is on the 28th floor of the Sky building, next to Yokohama Train station. So, in addition to great food and good prices, you also get a nice view of the city, especially at night.
