This is one of the 30 Palaces that sheltered Tarim in the past. Today, this is the best preserved. The entrance fee is cheap, and inside the staffs are very friendly. There is a souvenirs shop on the second floor.

For your information: the family members of Al Kaf are direct descendents from the Prophet Mohammed.
Al Kaf portrait is shown in this picture, between the two windows. I was told by the guides of the Palace that he is a very rich man and is the owner of a luxurious hotel in Singapore (maybe the Raffles?).
