Now I wish I had waited to rate your report ~ with the information you added and the photos, it is 5*****. The pictures are wonderful! I really enjoyed seeing them!

I have the same problem with photos - anything shot at 3mp or greater will not upload w/o resizing. What I do is resize the photo in Microsoft Picture Manager and save it under the same name but with sm inserted. Using the Large Size Web Format usually gets most pictures reduced enough.

I know I would enjoy seeing the caves you describe! I was just fascinated by the ones I saw in India! The carvings were so beautiful!

I'm having the same promblem with most of my pictures. They are the right size but I don't know what a pixel is.

I am heading to Beijing / Xi'an in December
Btw.. any idea how cold the weather would be?
And besides the typical tourist places, where else should i visit and yes .. i shall check the places you mentioned in your report.
