Well Kostas, there are two reasons for less serbian tourists in Greece. First it is very difficult to get visa. People have to have so many papers, stand in line for hours and then maybe get your visa. It is said that this summer it'll be impossible to get a personal tourist visa! And the second reason is prices. It has become too expencive for us. For the pas few years Turkey, Egypt, Bulgaria have become cheep, plus we have no problems geting visa...

I love Greece and I know a bit about it. Last time I visited it was in October 1995.
The roads to Greece are not that bad, but in my oppinion they should be in better condition. I hope to see improvement this summer due to Olimpic games.

How are you doing? How is everything in Thessaloniki?
Well, Club Itaca is a club of travellers. We get together a couple of times a month in the city of Barcelona to talk about different places in the world, present different countries and cultures...We call ourselves Club Itaca!

I see you have just signed up. Welcome to GLOBO. I’m looking forward to hearing about your travels and seeing your pictures. What is your favourite holiday destination?

I visited Thessaloniki some 30 years ago, I suppose the city has changed a great deal. I remember the sea front and the white tower. I hope you will post some pictures so that I can see what it looks like these days.
