Kabaw - qasr

Kabaw is a small town in northern Libya, which is famous for its qasr, a fortified granary dating back to early Middle Ages. The qasr is still in use and is open to visitors. There is usually a keeper on site, otherwise ask someone in town and the keeper will come over to open the granary. There is a fee to enter, but one can wander freely and take pictures at will.
