I don't know if there are "budget" places in Norway :-). But the quality is always there. One amazing thing : I was told, after I had ordered, that they do not accept credit cards. "No problem, take it easy, enjoy your refreshments and then you can go to the next vending machine, come back and pay us". This never happened to me before ! Student place, but frequented by people from all generations. Delicious food and some organic drinks! In a nice walking street in central Trondheim. By the way : Norway is a great place to go, really....
