Thank you for the great picture of the Arch

 You bring me a happy memory of the news items when the arch "Gateway to the West" was first builrt.
I remember the great engineering interest of using the inverted catenary as the basis of the design.
Lately we have built a couple of interesting suspension bridges using the single tower and cantilever principle in Ireland
