There were small meetings between GLOBOmembers before and these have always been interesting and positive strengthening membership and friendship. This is not the last meeting, I suggest that such meeting occur regularly and arranged in various locations or destinations on various continents by various members. About 4 members have shown interest, I hope they can come on that weekend and hopefully more... The event will take place 100% regardless of the number of participators, even if I end up taking Andy to dinner alone. Members are to pay their own costs yet I will provide accomodation for up to 3 people and have local contacts Couchsurfing.org for free accomodation. I have a €200 gift voucher for us at Hofbraukeller and can arrange grilling or lunch buffets at little cost. Minimum cost is possibly only a ticket to Munich plus about €20 per day. I hope Andy can join us. We are meeting at Cafe Ludwig on Petual Ring at 11:00 Saturday 9/11 to plan the rest of the weekend. Anyone is welcome. I am sure there are very good last-minute flights.
