I am planning to start luxury travel booking company in India being based in Australia and after successfully operating the same business here since last 8 yrs. What would be better: outsourcing travel booking services or setting up own business?

Luxury travel in India would be a marvelous adventure! I have stayed in Havelis in Rajasthan and found that a marvelous experience! I suppose it could be done remotely as long as you had visited the properties. We used an agency in India to get up our driver and guides, but I have used agencies located in the US to book trips to other places.
