along KKH to Passu
...seems to be one of the loveliest places on earth!
Surrounded by incredible landscape, two glaciers and a wide river, the village is one of the oldest settlements in Hunza valley.
Busses stop usually at Passu Inn, some other guesthouses are both side along KKH. The village itself nestled almost hidden behind trees and fields. Traditional houses, build nicely close to each other, the people are very open minded and after a some days here you made a lot of new friends.
Some dramatic hikes starting from here: May one of the most famous to Batura Glacier. Day trips are to Yunz, Zarabad and Hussaini, more famous as "The Bridges Walk" [edit text]  [editors]
