Hostal Casona Solar

Good Tour Operator of Dutch and Peruvian owners. Excelent service and excelent ubication. I always travel through Peru with them, booking in advance. I recommend them in Arequipa. more

Tierra Sur Hotel
Very conveniently positioned with friendly and helpful staff. In same street as the market but don't take much with you if you go to the market. more

Monasterio de Santa Catalina
Whatever the title may suggest, this is what in England we should call a nunnery or convent - i.e. a place for women dedicated to the church. There are still nuns living here but it was a considerable institution and it was expensive to get a novice admitted. It is like a minor town in itself. Do get a guide - very cheap and you will learn immeasurably more about bygone social customs. more

Home Sweet Home
5$ bed and breakfast. 5 blocks from Plaza de armas up on a hill. ok but not really great. more

La Casona de Jerusalem
10$ breakfast included. 3 blocks from Plaza de Armas. Quiet place and nice. more
