If you come to Tahiti, do not fail to try one of these famous "Roulottes" where you can enjoy all the variety of the French Polynesia's cuisine (Tahitian marinated raw fish, fafa chicken, Chinese food among which the renowned chow mein, Won Tun soup, Italian pizzas and other specialties, Brittany's crepes, etc....). These on-wheel restaurants mauy be found everywhere in French Polynesia but the largest concentration of these colourful vans is to be found at Vaiete Square (Papeete Harbour).
