Scott Monument's by porto

Edinburgh - United Kingdom Monument to Sir Walter Scott novelist and poet whose works include Waverley, Rob Roy, Ivanhoe and Heart of Midlothian. Just over 200 feet high 287 steps to the top for panoramic views and a certificate too. Small entrance fee. Near Waverley train station and the building with the clock tower is the Balmoral Hotel.
