Ibiza - Spain in the Mediterranean according to the locals. Formentera(east side view) was uninhabited for several hundred years and used only as a base for Barbary Pirates to attack Ibiza. The island is only 12 and a half miles long and has no airport which probably keeps mass tourism at bay.
