Pirmasens is a small city in the southwest of Germany
It was well known for it's shoe factories around the globe but those days are gone. Today Pirmasens is a busy city in the center of a beautifuly forest called "the pfelzer wald" . Due to it's location close to the French border there are many things to be done and seen on both sites of the border. Best time to travel is spring and end of August-Ocober.
