Any ifo ab its modern side? nightlife/cafes/restaurants/clubs/lounge places/galleries/etc? The atmosphere is unlike anything in England (not even the City of Manchester Stadium), and you'll be able to get a ticket pretty easily (unless it's against River). The night life is by far the best in South America, with the Seafront clubs opend til way past sunrise. Plenty to see in the day too.
