Hi Globies

Did anybody hear about the airpass for the domestic flights in Argentina? I searched Aerolineas website - there is nothing mentioned... Any other reliable airline there?

Thanks

Wojtek

Hi Wojtek,

I had a quick look on their site, they do have passes but mainly if you fly to Sth America with them. If you are not flying with them (AA) try Varig from Brasil. They are a great airline but not the cheapest. They have a MERCOSUR AIRPASS for economy class travel within Brazil, Argentina, Chile (except Easter Island), Paraguay & Uruguay. You can travel on: VARIG / PLUNA / LAP / TAM .

Also try this site there are loads of passes listed there. www.airtimetable.com/airpass_south_America.htm

Good Luck!

Kerrie

Thanks Kerrie...

I found the sites you suggest. Yes, they offer pass but... you must fly with

them to Argentina on their airlines on full-fare paid ticket...

I would like to fly from Europe to South America on award ticket...

Here is the problem. I also found-out that price for the segment of the the pass of Aerolinas is very close to their domestic fare bought in Argentina -

so I'll probably fly there and buy domectic tickets in Buenos.

Thanks anyway for your help!

Happy New year!

Wojtek
