PADI or comparable diving certificate

At the moment I'm living in Holland and the sea-diving here isn't that interesting. Furthermore it is also expencive to get such a lisence here. I was wondering if anyone has any good ideas of a place where I can get my PADI (or comparable) during a vacation. Any other advice on getting my 'diver's lisence' is also appreciated. Thanx! I have had mine since 1983 (I feel old) and have dived in lots of places. Personally if you can get to Australia you will never have diving experiences like it & nothing else will live up to it. It's on my list but Koh Tao off Thailand near Samui is supposed to be really good.Check out www.padi.com. I tried to get current prices but that section was down for 2 hours.
