If you do have suggestions, please let post in here. I thought though that these matters are already covered in the "F.A.Q" Forum. If such a guide is of a different format (eg: part of a welcome e-mail) then the F.A.Q's are a good place to get some subjects for this or atleast be referred to in such a guide as extra information (perhaps also with clickable links)...
